At Bweza Tour and Travel, the staff are all local community members who have been carefully selected and trained by Angel Projects Uganda, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing training, education, and job opportunities to empower locals towards self-sustainability and family care.
One integral aspect of Angel Projects Uganda's approach is the provision of tour guiding classes, which are open to anyone interested in pursuing this trade. These classes are led by Ngabirano Justus, who not only serves as the general manager of Angel Projects Uganda but also boasts over 12 years of experience in local tourism. Upon completion of the course, students receive certification through the Uganda Safari Guides Association, thereby enhancing their employability. Graduates of these courses are then offered opportunities for employment within Bweza Tour and Travel.
Moreover, Angel Projects Uganda extends support to young individuals by providing scholarships for college education in fields related to tourism and hospitality. For example, Oworinawe Catherine is currently benefiting from a scholarship to study at the Uganda College of Commerce in Kabale. Upon completing her degree, Catherine will assume the role of tour guide manager within the company.

Remy Niwamanya is a passionate individual from Rubuguri, deeply committed to uplifting his community through the avenues offered by local tourism. With over 7 years of experience in the tourism industry, Remy has served in various roles including tour guide, driver, porter, and hotel staff. Driven by a desire to further his impact, he ventured to establish his own enterprise, Bweza Tour and Travel.
