HOW WE GOT HERE
As many of you know, in 2015 our Co-Founder, Olivia, spent six months serving in the villages of Uganda. While she was there, she worked with an amazing group of women who suffer from poverty and other challenges.
These women work together as a community to support each other and their children, and they also take in village children who have been orphaned due to the AIDS epidemic.
Through her local contacts, Olivia was able to set up a branch of The Angel Projects, and they have already been approved as a Ugandan NGO. We are so excited to begin our partnership with this community, and our goal is to help them start a farm where they can raise animals and grow vegetables both to eat and to sell to nearby resorts and tourist areas. This will enable them to continue to provide for their families and for the orphaned children in their care.

LUCKY TAREMWA

Lucky is the powerhouse behind the day-to-day operations of The Angel Projects Uganda (TAPU), overseeing our team, security, construction, and community projects.
Trained in Brick Laying and Concrete Practice, Lucky is also a talented master builder whose skills have helped bring many of our projects to life.
But what truly makes Lucky special is his heart for his community. His dedication to empowering others, especially women and families working toward better livelihoods, reflects everything The Angel Projects stands for.
We are incredibly proud to have Lucky Taremwa leading TAPU as our General Manager and are excited for this next chapter!

ELDERLY PROJECT
Meet JANE, one of the brightest hearts at The Angel Projects Uganda!
Jane has been with us for years, and her love for the community—especially our elderly—is unmatched. Every week, she and Gard visit the most vulnerable 4–5 times, bringing food, medical care, and helping with daily chores.
But what makes Jane truly special is her smile and joyful spirit. Her jokes, laughter, and kindness lift the hearts of the elderly, making them feel cared for, young again, and full of hope.
We are incredibly blessed to have Jane leading our Weekly Elderly Project and spreading so much love in Rubuguri!
NGABIRANO JUSTUS

Ngabirano has lived and worked in this community his entire life, generously dedicating his time, land, and heart to helping his community survive and thrive.
After years of service and leadership with The Angel Projects Uganda, Ngabirano has felt called to a new chapter—ministry. He is currently attending college, pursuing Biblical Studies and preparing to serve others through faith and ministry.
While his path may be changing, his heart for his community remains the same. We are incredibly proud to support him as he follows this calling and continues a life dedicated to serving others.
