HOW WE GOT HERE
As many of you know, in 2015 our media director, Olivia, spent six months serving in the villages of Uganda. While she was there, she worked with an amazing group of women who suffer from poverty and other challenges.
These women work together as a community to support each other and their children, and they also take in village children who have been orphaned due to the AIDS epidemic.
Through her local contacts, Olivia was able to set up a branch of The Angel Projects, and they have already been approved as a Ugandan NGO. We are so excited to begin our partnership with this community, and our goal is to help them start a farm where they can raise animals and grow vegetables both to eat and to sell to nearby resorts and tourist areas. This will enable them to continue to provide for their families and for the orphaned children in their care.
Please join us in praying for Angel Project Uganda!
