Twelve Days in 2017

The twelve days we were in Haiti, starting on New Year's Eve, were extremely productive! The women completed so many dresses and started making beach cover-ups that we were able to have 2 beach resorts in Jacmel, Haiti feature in their gift shops!

This is a great break thru for the women in Macary. They now have a way to make money using their skills they learned from the Job Training Program with the Angel Projects! We are so happy to leave this operation totally in their hands.

We hope to contact a few more resorts in Jacmel to feature their newest ideas, beach bags, in the resort gift shops.

The handmade labels added the personal touch to their cover-ups! These ladies were naturals at putting together the banana leaf labels.

The catalog photo shoot was the final project on this trip and our wee little models were adorable and naturals! Look for the beautiful dresses and matching headbands on our website soon!

A new project we will be supporting this summer is the Top Chef Haiti! Look for updates soon!
